Online Ordering
Do you ship outside the United States?
No, sorry not at this time.
Can I pick up my online order in the store?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect it at our shop, 1225 Pearl Street in Boulder. We’ll email you when it’s ready.
When will my order be ready for pick up?
We will send you an email when it is ready. If you’d like a phone call write us a note when you checkout.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. You can buy one online or in our shop.
How much is shipping?
Economy shipping is free on orders of $100 or more and $9.90 under $100. Standard shipping is $14. We ship within the United States. See our shipping policy.
What is your return policy?
You can return an item for a refund within 30 days of receiving it, or exchange it within 45 days. It must be unworn, with its tags and original packaging. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. See our refund policy.
Services
Do you repair jewelry?
We’d love to look at it, bring it by our shop. We do minor repairs ourselves, often for free especially if you bought it from us. If it is something major we can send it to one of our jewelers for a small fee.
Do you offer engraving?
We can get certain pieces of jewelry engraved. Contact us and we will see what we can do.
Do you sell or repair watches?
Not at this time. Our main focus is jewelry, we feel we can offer a better experience for our customers by focusing on jewelry.
Do you do appraisals?
No.
Do you buy gold or old jewelry?
No.

Where are you, and when are you open?
We’re at 1225 Pearl Street on the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, Colorado. Our hours are in the footer of every page, and you can call us at (303) 443-3353.
I found a ring I like but it's not in my size.
We can most likely resize it or order a ring from that designer in your size. Give us a call or message us.
What holidays are you closed?
We are closed on the Fourth of July, Christmas, Memorial Day, Labor Day and New Year’s. Our website is always open though.
Can I get a custom piece of jewelry made?
Absolutely! Contact Us and we can set up an appointment with a custom designer that matches your taste and style.
